WEPLAY Vintage Rack 1.11.0
Proposed End-User License Agreement
DRAFT - for publisher review before public distribution

1. License grant. The publisher would grant you a nonexclusive license to install and use WEPLAY Vintage Rack on computers you own or control for personal and commercial audio production. You may make a backup copy for your own use.

2. Your work. The publisher claims no ownership in recordings or other creative output you make using the plug-in.

3. Redistribution. You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute copies of the plug-in or its bundled artwork without the publisher's written permission, except where applicable law or a separate component license permits it.

4. Third-party components. Third-party license terms govern the relevant components. Nothing in this agreement limits rights granted under those terms. See the accompanying component notices.

5. Warranty and liability. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6. Termination. If you materially breach these terms, the publisher may terminate your license and require you to stop using the plug-in and remove your copies.

Before issuing this agreement, confirm the legal name of the publisher and its rights to distribute the software and bundled artwork.
